3-axis Machining Mode
3-axis machining is carried out by linear feed axis X, y and Z. The three-axis CNC machine tool can control the linkage of three coordinate axes at the same time, which is used for the machining of general curved surface. The general cavity mold can be finished by 3-axis machining. Machining features: the direction of the cutting tool remains unchanged during the whole cutting path. The cutting state of the tool tip cannot be perfect in real time.
