After Assemble mould,begin to paint anti rust oil first,then packing the plasict film and finally package to wooden case or according to customer's requirement.

Mould Maintenance

When the auto grille mould is vacant ,spray the anti-rust oil
To clean the grille mould gate and cooling system regularly
Avoid to use recycled material if the mould is suitable for virgin material only
