China high quality automotive part mould process.
We will do:
Normally quote in three days. Design mould drawing according to final 2/3D drawing, lasting 3-7 days. The customer will approve final drawing. Send program process sheet to customer weekly at regular time. Test before T1. Provide samples with detailed inspection report. Run for 4-6 hours and record video. Mould delivery with latest drawing, steel certificate, trial video, spare parts/ inserts (if required) and other documents.
