Españollassification of automotive injection moulds
There are four methods for classifying automobile injection moulds. According to the different methods of plastic parts molding, they can be divided into the following categories:Injection moulds, compression moulds, die casting moulds and extrusion moulds.
When people talk about cars, the first thing they present is the body of the car. The body represents the image of a car. Therfore, the automobile mould, in a narrow sense, is the general name of all the stamping product moulds on the sutomobile body, that is, the "punching mould", for example, the top flange mould. But in a broad sende, "sutomobile mould" is the general name for the molds that make up all the parts on a car. For example:automotive stamping moulds, automotive forging moulds, automobile casting wax moulds, automotive injection molds, automotive glass molds, etc.
The injection mold molding process is charaxterized in that the plastic is placed in the heating barrel of the injection machine, the plasticis heated and melted, and pushed by a screw or a plunger of the injection
