Españolook at the whole mould industrial, China, America, Japan, Germany, Korea, Italy, these six countries occupy most of mould output around the world. In these six countries, the quantity of mould is the biggest. Even so, there is still a big gap between our overall level of mould and other developed countires.
Common characteristics of mould industry in developed countries:
*Few people. In many developed counturies, the scale of mould company is usually big, but there are few people in the factory. Everyone has his clear division of labor positioning, the number usually is 10-50.
*Accurate & fixed product positioning. All factories produce high-demanded mould type such like advanced car parts, electronics, etc. So every factory has their own set of complete technical parameters, which can achieve batch production.
*Advanced management system. The bigger the company is, the better the management system. These companies have one set of system to manage from process formulation, process, detection, storage, statistic, etc.
America
General statistics, there are around 7000 mould companies in America. There are less than 15 people in 60% of these mould companies , 30% is 15-50 people, and other 10% more than 50 people. Although there is few people, the level of industrialization, digitization and automation is high, belongs to in advanced world level. There are statistics in 2014, the per capita output of American mould industrial is around 1. 27 millon RMB.
Japan
According to the industry statistics of Japan's MITI, there are around 10000 mould company, among them, 90% company only has less than 20 people. So you can see that Japan's mould company belongs to small enterprise only according to amount of people. The business scope is different form every company, at last can be combined to make a total part, which can save cost and be highly specialized.
Germany
Germany is one of the countries which start making mould in the earliest time. Their mould technology is advanced, same as the industrial level, which the whole world admire it. There is a jargon in Germany mould companies, means learns from others' strong points to offset one's weakness, so that all can progress collectively and develop overall advantages to achieve the goal of industry leader. So you can image the strength of germany mould industry.
China
In recent years, China has great development on mould industry, and become the mould capital of the world. Although the quantity of mould being made every year is large, the technical is low and profit is less. At present, there are around 30000 mould companies in China, among them, 5% is state-owned enterprise, 10% is joint venture enterprise, another 85% private enterprise. The number of people working with mould is around 1 million, but according to sampling statistics, the per capita output is only 335,000 RMB, very large difference to other countires.
So there is still long way to develop mould industry in China, and need transform manufacturing mode from large & comprehensive to big & strong and terse & forceful. So that mould can be developed in our country.
