EspañolAs a special composite material, SMC/BMC material is different from common plastic raw material. So our customers asked us what they should pay attention to the SMC. We replied them as follows:
1. The requirement of storage
SMC/BMC is a kind of solidification material, so in the high temperature, the material will solidify. When in the storage, should be pay attention to:
* It should be storaged in the room with temperature under 25℃ and away from light, the expiration date is 1 month.
* For some customers can't have such condition to storage, they should purchase reasonably and use immediately. It's better to use all of the material within 3-5 days, not more than 10 days at most.
2. The process of producing
* When producing, the material shoule be avoided direct wind from fan and ventilation, also be away from high temperature of hydraulic press machine.
* Please don't open all bags which contains SMC raw material, it's better to take the material from the small mouth of bag, after taking, the mouth should be covered. The material which being taken out from the bag should be used within 1 hour.
* For convenient using, it's better to put the raw material into a plastic box with cover. For producing smalll size product, better to take 5-10kg raw material, and put into the plastic box, others all left in the bags.
