Behind the rapid development of the automotive industry is the development of the Automotive Mold Manufacturers. Especially in recent years, the development of the world's automobile mold industry has been changing with each passing day, and the demand for molds for automobiles is also increasing. In a new car, about 500 sets of automobile injection molds are needed. In developed countries in the automotive industry, the market share of automotive products has exceeded 60%, and this trend continues to rise. It can be said that injection molds account for the largest proportion of automotive molds, and the importance is self-evident.
There is no essential difference between automobile injection molds and other injection molds, but they also have many characteristics of their own. Because the added value of automobile injection molds is generally high, many advanced technologies are prioritized in the development and application of automobile injection molds.
1. Sequential valve hot runner control technology (SVG technology) is a new type of step-controlled hot runner technology. The glue is fed in sequence through the control of the oil cylinder, which solves the problem of appearance defects in traditional multi-point synchronous glue feeding products. It can effectively avoid defects such as weld marks and air pockets on the interior and exterior parts of the automobile, reduce the flow length and reduce the molding pressure, and play a huge role in the interior and exterior parts of the automobile with strict appearance requirements.
2. Low-pressure double-layer injection mold technology is abbreviated as low-pressure injection mold. It is a new type of injection mold technology. The traditional parts that rely on manual coating and vacuum absorption of female and male molds are directly injected into the mold at one time. The main principle of the low-pressure injection mold is that the plastic with low injection pressure flows on the cloth. When the mold is opened, the cloth must be hung on the front mold hanger, then the mold is closed, injection-molded, and finally, the part is taken. The products produced by this technology have a special soft fabric on the surface, which greatly improves the decoration, feel, and aesthetics. Therefore, low-pressure injection mold technology is widely used in middle and high-end automobiles, generally used in automobile map bag skeletons, automobile ABC pillars, and other parts.
3. In Automotive Injection Mold, for automotive bumper products, the mold design usually adopts advanced internal parting surface technology. The advantage is that the parting clamp line is hidden on the non-appearance surface of the bumper, and the appearance clamp line cannot be seen after assembly on the car, which will not affect the appearance of the product. However, this kind of technology is more complicated than the outer parting bumper in terms of difficulty and structure, and the technical risk is also higher. The mold cost and mold price will be much higher than that of the outer parting bumper. It is widely used.
