4. Standrad Parts
Maybe the standrad part looks not effect the moulding, but it will influence the mould operating. Good standrad part should be wear resisting, hard, high precision and not-easy out of shape. So pls not blindly bargain, or your mould quality is just so so.
5. Polish/Texture
polish is the last step of mould, and it's good or not will reflect on the products, so it's also an important aspect on mould quality. Also good polish will help ejection smoothly to avoid difficult demould.
6. Mould Device
Every part, even every screw, can not make mistake, otherwise, it will influence the production and beauty of product, even damage the mould. So before shipment, especially the waterline, screw hole, must cleaned without scrap iron.
7. Hot runner
Usual customers will refer the know-well brand of hot runner, and these hot runner is good on quality and after-sale service, so ther is usual no problem on it. Only some small unfamous brand use low price to win the customers, but provide not good accessory and easy-broken hot runner.
8. Cooling water-line
The cooling system is very important for customers. Because the high labor, in mass production, save one second can save money for merchant. So good cooling system is important, including the diamater, the connect of each other, the density of configuration, etc.
So not high price mould is good, not low price mould is ideal, only the one can meet your requirement is your choice.
