For the big dustbin mould, we suggest to make mould by using forging steel or pre-hardened steel;
We will use high-precision machine to make the bottom part and sliders part in good finished.
The mould need to do chrome in order to avoid rust, and we can keep the dustbin surface with mirror polish after production.
We always do chrome only on cavity part, but not both on core and cavity. It is very important!
If make the chrome both on core and cavity, the dustbins are not easy to demould becuase the air cannot exhaust and the dustbin is quite easy to stick on the mould then broken.
So we only do the chroming on cavity part of dustbin moulds.
